仓鼠可以用碘伏消炎么？
可以是可以，但是不建议这样治疗。 首先我们要清楚什么原因引起的仓鼠发炎，是外伤还是感冒或者其他疾病导致的？要搞清楚病因才能做出合理的治疗方案啊。 先来看看用碘伏治外伤的效果吧！ 我家S1因为抓伤，脖子下面有一块伤口一直没有好（已经结痂脱落了），我就经常用碘伏给他擦伤口，还蛮有效的呢~ 再来说说碘伏用于皮肤感染的治疗机理哦！ Iodine is a well-known antiseptic agent with broad spectrum.It can kill most bacteria and some fungi on the skin surface of animals[6].Iodoform(the active ingredient in iodine)can cross the cell membrane by passive diffusion to damage bacterial cells，and then be oxidized back to iodine or deposited as iodide anions outside the cell，which inhibit further multiplication of bacteria.After that， the new generation of bacteria will lose the ability to resist antibiotics due to the depletion of intracellular antioxidants caused by the continuous exposure to iodic acid[7，8]． Therefore， it is safe for veterinary use at the recommended dosage.
In summary， we can conclude that iodine has effective antibacterial activity which can be used to control secondary bacterial infection after initial exudative inflammation.But its mechanism of action is very different from that of antibiotic drugs.
然而需要注意的是：碘伏对于细菌感染的炎症具有高效的杀菌作用； 但是其原理和抗生素的杀菌机理是完全不同的。而且碘伏属于外用的抗微生物制剂，在临床上主要应用于皮肤、黏膜的消毒，并没有显著的抗菌活性[9]。也就是说对于细菌性炎症导致的仓鼠发炎，可以使用碘伏来治疗，但是使用抗生素的话效果会更好。
综上所诉，如果怀疑仓鼠患有细菌感染，可以先选用碘伏消毒伤口，然后送至医院进一步检查治疗。但是如果在没有明确病因的情况下，乱用药的话，有可能会耽误治疗，使得小问题变成大问题哦~
